How To Complete your KYC Process

• Login to your account, complete your personal details settings
  Add your phone number, and input the one Time Password (OTP) that has been sent to the phone number you provided.

• The Next step is to verify your email, BVN, and Identity.
  To verify your BVN, click on “Verify BVN” input your correct BVN and click submit

• Then go ahead and verify your Identity
  To verify your Identity, kindly click on “Verify Identity”

• Upload your ID card, click on the select Passport Type to choose your preferred means of Identification and upload the Identity card, (you will be required to upload both the front and back page of your Identity card) click next to take your Selfie and submit the uploaded documents.

And you are done!
Please note that at the successful completion of each step, you will be sent an email notification. The Identity verification takes a while but you will be notified once it’s approved.
