How can I turn off two-factor authentication? I lost my phone and I can no longer access my account.

In order to disable your NairaEx 2-Factor Authentication, send an email to [e-mail] with the instructions below.

Subject: Disable 2-Factor Authentication

- Full name

- Phone number

- Clear Proof of identity (ID card) alone.

- Selfie (picture of you holding the ID card and a piece of paper with NairaEx date and your signature written on it)

The Selfie picture should resemble the image below with both items in hand at the same time.
