How do I protect my NairaEx account?

NairaEx staff will never ask for your password, 2-factor authentication codes, or other login credentials. Beware of imposters and verify any information you find via forums, social media and Google adverts.

• Be aware of Phishing and bookmark www.nairaex.com 
• Use a strong password. Use more than 8 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one number and one special character. 
• Enable two-factor authentication
• Do not divulge confidential or financial information to any person. Remember that your NairaEx account is for strictly personal use.
• Do not download unreliable software or 3rd Party applications that may compromise the security of your device.
